The "Test Case" quest in ARC Raiders is a short but tense mission that asks you to gather three ARC components and survive long enough to hand them in. The items you need are a Firefly Burner, a Hornet Driver, and a Fireball Burner, and you also have to destroy at least one Firefly for the quest to register. It sounds simple, but the real challenge comes from managing your route, your inventory, and the risk of losing quest items before extraction. This isn't a puzzle quest—it's a combat-and-loot run that rewards planning more than brute force ARC Raiders Coins.

It helps to treat the quest as a single objective instead of three separate errands. Suggest going in with a budget-friendly loadout and heading to maps where ARC enemies are common, like Blue Gate, Buried City, or Dam Battlegrounds. Blue Gate is often recommended because the open sky makes aerial enemies easier to spot, while Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds are praised for having plenty of ARC spawns. The smartest route is usually the one where you can reliably find Hornets, Fireballs, and Fireflies without taking unnecessary risks.

The Hornet Driver is usually the easiest to get. Hornets are fairly common and often show up near other ARC patrols, which makes them convenient targets. The key is to hit their exposed thrusters and finish the kill before they can attack from a distance. Loot the wreck immediately and move the part into your safe pocket so you don't lose it.

The Fireball Burner takes a bit more patience. Wait until the Fireballs commit to their attack pattern, then hit the exposed core for a quick kill. Buried City is a common spot for these, though any map with a healthy ARC presence can work. Because this item only counts after extraction, keeping it in a safe pocket is especially important.

Fireflies are usually the trickiest part. They are fast and punishing if you stay exposed, so cover and positioning matter. Using terrain and line of sight to your advantage helps you take them down quickly. Even if you already have a Firefly Burner, you still need to destroy at least one Firefly for the quest to progress ARC Raiders Items cheap.

Inventory management is crucial. Move parts into your safe pocket as soon as you loot them because dying means restarting the collection. If you feel uncertain about completing all three in one run, it's safer to extract after two parts and come back for the third.
